7TV Higher / Lower

Set up the game

Sign in and open Chat Games → 7TV Higher / Lower. Enable the Channel bot and check its connection status. Settings save automatically.

Compare the emotes

The left emote shows how many channels use it. Guess whether the hidden channel count of the right emote is higher or lower. These are channel counts, not a popularity score.

The majority decides the chat answer. A correct majority increases the streak and moves the right emote to the left. A wrong majority or no votes ends the streak and shows the leaderboard before a fresh pair starts. A tied vote repeats the hidden pair without points or streak loss.

Vote in Twitch chat

Send higher or lower in chat; letter case does not matter. Each viewer has one vote per round. With Allow vote changes enabled, the latest valid answer before the deadline counts; otherwise only the first counts. Enable Answers inside sentences to accept complete answer words within messages. Messages containing both answers do not count.

Timing and emote selection

Voting defaults to 20 seconds and can be set from 5 to 120 seconds. Minimum channels defaults to 2,500 and filters new emote selections; it can be set from 0 to 1,000,000. Only eligible public emotes are selected. A newly started bot may need time to load its emote pool.

Customize and add to OBS

Choose the accent color and box opacity. Copy the full Browser Source URL from Overlay setup into OBS and use 1000 × 600 pixels. Open overlay shows the game in a separate tab. Saved settings update the existing source. Keep the source URL private. See OBS quick start.

Scores and recovery

Each individual correct vote earns one point, even when the majority is wrong. Tied rounds award no points. Scores persist across restarts. Reloading the round or restarting the chatbot preserves scores and the best streak.

Reset leaderboard asks for confirmation and permanently removes scores, vote history, and the best streak, then replaces the round.
